I did my shopping around online, and I narrowed it down to two places in Bangor. I went to Quirk auto of Bangor first because I had such a great experience. I got new tires installed on my 2024 Silverado 2500 HD a couple of weeks ago and the balance was off on the tires. I took the truck in this previous Monday to have the front end tires rebalanced (shouldn't have needed) and was told they weren't balance correctly. Took the truck to Pennsylvania with a trailer attached and still had vibration. Now sitting in a dealership lounge getting the tires rebalanced. Loved our salesperson, Jes. He listened to what I wanted and the price range. He took us out to look at the different cars. When we tried out the car, he went with us and explained some of the features of the car. Cody, the financer, was great to work with also. The one thing that impressed me is that they didn't try to take advantage because I was a woman. Would highly recommend working with these two men. Thank you Jes and Cody for a great experience.

Was traveling from State of Georgia to Bangor, Maine for a wedding. About twenty miles out from Bangor my brake pump on my Equinox went out. Arrived at Quick Service was told may not be able to get in as they close at five and the other vehicles in line we ahead of me but welcome to wait. Then said definitely could perform service that day would I mind backing up so they could pull a vehicle ahead since they were there before me. I said no problem. Shortly afterwards my vehicle was in. Excellent service as always

I went to the dealership with not very high hopes of getting approved for a car. The people there fought so hard for me to get approved and they were successful. I had Randy as my salesperson and I 10/10 recommend him. He was amazing and walked me through everything. I had the best experience with the team I had and am 100% satisfied.

The Service department is great. The price they quoted was practically the same on my bill. The time was a little bit longer, but they did a nice clean job. Recommend anybody to have their Chevrolet in GM vehicles worked on at quirk Chevrolet in Bangor.
